La Pera Volpina Guesthouse is authorised to operate by the Tourism Department of Rome City Council with licence QA/2014/13845.
Prices refer to the entire apartment per night for a minimum stay of 3 days. Variable personalized quotes can be prepared according to the number of guests, to the season and to the length of stay.

A 100 Euro deposit, which will be refunded upon return of the apartment keys, is required.
Check-in: from 1pm to 10pm.
Check-out: by 11am of the day of leaving.
Different check-in and checkout times can be arranged.
The apartment must be left tidy and clean. La Pera Volpina requires a contribution of € 20.00 for end-of-stay cleaning.
The booking can be made by emailing or phoning the Guesthouse. The booking must then be confirmed via email with the receipt of the bank transfer for the sum stated by our bookings office attached.
The balance can be paid in cash upon check-in or via bank transfer made before arrival.
Rome Tourist Tax: euro 3.50 per day per person for the first 10 days. Payment of tourist tax, as deliberated by Rome City Council in 2010, is to be paid by all those who stay in accommodation facilities in the territory of Rome, also by those who have booked and paid their stay through travel agencies and/or tour operators.
The following categories are exempt from payment: minors up to the age of 10; subjects suffering from illnesses and helpers of in-patients in care in the city’s healthcare facilities (1 helper per patient); parents accompanying under-18s suffering from illnesses.
The exemption is subject to the presentation of specific certification issued by the relevant healthcare facility.
